Welcome to the blogosphere

Congratulations or (as I prefer to say) big ups to my boy Eric for starting his own blog. It's not for the faint of heart, but I find it funny all the same. Since you are new to the world of blogging, I'll share the bits of knowledge I have gleaned from my blogging experience.

1. You never know who's reading, so don't take radical political or theological positions. Never be verbose or preachy.

2. Try to maintain a consistent theme. You ought not to follow serious posts with trivial posts. It throws your readers off.

3. Talk often about the Padres. Everyone likes to hear about the Padres.

4. Keep your posts short, otherwise Tiddo starts to complain. If they're long, he appreciates a word count.

5. Commas are your friends. Use them often, and unnecessarily, as I, do.

That's enough info for now. You can always ask me any questions you want. Especially about computer code. I'm a code master. It only took me a year and a half to figure out how to hide long posts behind another link...

Hey it's great that you welcome him and all, but wouldn't it help if you actually gave your 5 readers a link to it?

Be confident, therefore, that he will not leave the work of his hand imperfect. You know what Scripture sets before us, to encourage us to fight for the cause of the Son of God; meditate upon what you have both heard and seen formerly on this head, so as to put it in practice. For all that I could say would be of little service to you, were it not drawn from this fountain. And truly we have need of a much more firm support than that of men, to make us victorious over such strong enemies as the devil, death, and the world; but the firmness which is in Christ Jesus is sufficient for this, and all else that might shake us were we not established in him. Knowing, then, in whom ye have believed, manifest what authority he deserves to have over you.
